Job Summary
To support a growing national family law firm, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed Legal Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition department.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings
- Source and recruit legal and corporate talent, developing relationships with candidates
- Conduct interviews and facilitate scheduling between hiring managers and candidates
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- College degree preferred
