Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Georgia Licensed Litigation Associate Attorney, this role will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through resolution or trial, develop litigation strategies, and advocate for clients while working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated personal injury matters from filing through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and trial-related filings while conducting depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and build strong professional relationships with opposing counsel and court personnel

Required qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated courtroom, deposition, mediation, and trial experience
• Experience independently managing litigation files from inception through resolution
• Strong written advocacy and legal research skills
