Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Engagement) with extensive experience in high-volume litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct case analysis, review and draft pre-trial motions, and manage discovery
• Negotiate with counter-parties and manage outside counsel
• Work independently with minimal supervision on complex commercial litigation cases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Experience in high-volume litigation areas such as insurance defense, warranty claims, FCRA, TCPA, and/or FDCPA is a plus
• Prior experience at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or large legal department
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
