Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time position will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through resolution or trial while advocating for clients and developing litigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigated personal injury cases, developing strategies and advocating for clients throughout the legal process
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and trial-related filings, and conduct depositions and mediations
• Maintain communication with clients and build relationships with opposing counsel and court personnel

Required qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated courtroom, deposition, mediation, and trial experience
• Experience managing litigation files from inception through resolution
• Strong written advocacy and legal research skills
