Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury law firm, the part-time Georgia Licensed Litigation Case Manager will manage personal injury litigation files, maintain client communication, coordinate legal deadlines, and draft legal documents while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial while ensuring consistent client communication
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, and motions, while assisting attorneys with trial preparation
- Calculate and calendar court deadlines, file pleadings in state and federal courts, and maintain accurate case documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of personal injury litigation experience, including both pre-litigation and litigation stages
- Strong understanding of complaints, pleadings, discovery processes, and court filing procedures
- Experience drafting legal documents such as complaints, discovery responses, and subpoenas
- Proven ability to manage client communication and case management independently in a remote environment
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative
