Georgia Licensed Litigation Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury law firm, the full-time, 100% remote Georgia Licensed Litigation Case Manager will manage client communication, assist with litigation tasks, and maintain case files while working closely with attorneys and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and address concerns regarding their cases
• Assist in transitioning cases from pre-litigation to litigation, including drafting documents and calendaring important deadlines
• Keep case management systems updated with accurate notes, deadlines, and documents to ensure organized case flow

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in litigation
• Proficient in drafting complaints and initial discovery documents
• Experience with calendaring litigation deadlines and assisting with trial preparation
• Strong understanding of medical records and personal injury case flow
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Arabic are a strong plus
