Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Litigation Counsel (Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing strategy and defense of litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative forums
• Manage outside counsel related to existing litigation
• Advise in-house team on litigation matters, including recommending settlement terms

Required Qualifications

• At least eight years of litigation experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house
• Experience litigating personal injury and premises liability claims
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably top-tier, law school
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
