Key Responsibilities

• Manage case dockets and filing deadlines
• Prepare motions and other legal filings
• Organize large amounts of information and create reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Experience in high-volume litigation, particularly in insurance defense, warranty claims, FCRA, TCPA, or FDCPA
• Demonstrated experience with case management software
• Prior experience at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or large legal department
• Outstanding references
