Georgia Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Litigation Paralegal will draft legal documents, manage discovery processes, and assist with trial preparation in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
• Manage discovery by organizing, reviewing, and producing relevant documents
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and attend hearings or trials as needed

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance defense
• Basic knowledge of court and administrative proceedings
• Familiarity with lawsuit summaries and legal record maintenance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must reside in Georgia or Florida
