Job Summary

Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Georgia Licensed Loan Officer will guide homebuyers through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referrals and business growth
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process, addressing concerns from application to closing

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating leads
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• 3 years of success in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
