Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Biller - Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounts receivables follow-up functions for assigned Centers/Practices
• Research and resolve claims and outstanding balances with no response from payors
• Document follow-up efforts in the billing system and communicate issues with management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous healthcare billing and/or accounts receivable work experience
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding systems
• Proficiency in government, commercial, and/or insurance payer claims follow-up
• Ability to interpret and apply insurance payer billing guidelines and claim rules
