Job Summary

Providing analytical and process support to the Cerner LIS and HealthConnect/Epic Operations team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage system configurations, and troubleshoot issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Test and validate the Cerner system configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation
• Identify and manage application errors and system enhancement requests, ensuring proper lab orderable configurations
• Communicate system changes to end users and assist with training and ongoing maintenance procedures

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
• Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
• Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
• High School Diploma or GED required
