Job Summary

Providing analytical and process support, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage system configurations, and enhance the Cerner LIS while collaborating with various departments and supporting after-hours system issues remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Test and validate the Cerner system configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation
• Identify and manage lab orderables, ensuring proper configuration and flow between ancillary systems
• Communicate system changes to end users and assist in training staff on the Cerner system

Required qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
• Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
• Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
