Job Summary

To provide analytical and process support for the Cerner LIS and HealthConnect/Epic Operations team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage system configurations, and ensure proper software functionality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Test the Cerner system for configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation
• Identify and manage lab orderables, application errors, and system enhancement requests
• Communicate system changes to end users and assist with training and ongoing maintenance procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience, or four (4) years in a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
• Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
• Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
• High School Diploma or GED required
