Job Summary
Providing analytical and process support to the Cerner LIS and HealthConnect/Epic Operations team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage application errors, and assist with system enhancements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Test the Cerner system, ensuring proper configurations and customizations prior to implementation
- Identify and manage application errors and system enhancement requests for the Cerner team and end users
- Communicate system changes to users and provide training as needed
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
- Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
- Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
