Job Summary
Providing analytical and process support, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage Cerner system configurations, and assist in enhancing overall utilization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Test and validate the Cerner system configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation
- Identify and manage application errors and system enhancement requests while serving as a liaison between business partners and end users
- Communicate system changes to end users and assist with training staff on the Cerner system
Required qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
- Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
- High School Diploma or GED required
