Job Summary
To enhance the utilization of the Cerner LIS, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will provide analytical and process support, manage system concerns, and collaborate with departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Testing and validating the Cerner system configurations and customizations prior to implementation
- Identifying and managing lab orderables and application errors, ensuring proper flow between ancillary systems
- Communicating system changes to end users and providing necessary training and support
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
- Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
- High School Diploma or GED required
