Job Summary

Providing analytical and process support, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate functional user requirements, manage Cerner system configurations, and assist with training staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Test and validate the Cerner system configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation
• Identify and manage application errors and system enhancement requests, ensuring proper lab orderable configurations
• Communicate system changes to end users and assist with the development of maintenance and support procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a minimum of four years of LIS support experience
• Minimum two years of system-related support experience
• Minimum three years of healthcare experience
• Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
