Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Medicare Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding their Medicare coverage and selecting appropriate products and services
• Provide excellent customer service primarily through inbound calls and follow up with outbound calls as needed
• Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade products or services

Required Qualifications

• Current health insurance license in the state of residence
• Minimum six months of sales experience
• High-speed internet access (greater than 15 mbps)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer savvy
