Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Retention Specialist to enhance customer relationships and improve membership retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a local resource and member advocate, supplementing service work performed by the Customer Contact Center
  • Host member informational meetings and conduct new member orientation to facilitate integration into Health Net
  • Track and document member interactions, analyze data, and prepare reports to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Medicare experience strongly preferred
  • Current insurance license for the state in which the product is sold, or ability to obtain it within 45 days of hire
  • Highly preferred - GA residents
