Job Summary

Supporting school administrators, the full-time Georgia Licensed Middle School Registrar will manage student enrollment and withdrawal requests, maintain organized student records, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage school records in an organized manner
  • Process requests for records from outside school systems and agencies
  • Ensure compliance with state Department of Education requirements and FERPA regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to pass required background check
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures
  • Proficiency in using web-based database programs
