Job Summary
Supporting school administrators, the full-time Georgia Licensed Middle School Registrar will manage student enrollment and withdrawal requests, maintain organized student records, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage school records in an organized manner
- Process requests for records from outside school systems and agencies
- Ensure compliance with state Department of Education requirements and FERPA regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to pass required background check
- Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures
- Proficiency in using web-based database programs
