Job Summary

To support Mortgage Loan Originators efficiently, the full-time salaried Bi-Lingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant will manage daily pipeline reports, communicate with approved consumers, and assist with document collection and marketing activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Pull daily pipeline reports and communicate with consumers post-approval
• Conduct timely document collection and review, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Assist with marketing activities and database management for consumers and agents

Required qualifications

• Fully licensed MLO in good standing
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Understanding of mortgage industry guidelines and regulations
• Working knowledge of all residential mortgage types offered by the company
