Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage a pipeline of 20-25 loans per month, ensuring all required documentation is gathered and applications are submitted on schedule while collaborating with Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process 20-25 residential mortgage loans per month, including purchases and refinances
• Gather and verify borrower information and documentation, ensuring completeness of loan applications
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage loan processing requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience
• Proficient with DU/GUS/LP and Mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan products
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support team members and managers
