- Underwrite Jumbo and High-Net Worth loans, ensuring compliance with company and investor standards
- Manage individual pipeline, completing loan reviews and addressing document deficiencies
- Analyze complex income sources and evaluate credit reports and appraisals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or related field
- High school diploma required
- Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry and applicable regulations
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
- DE or SAR certification required
