A company is looking for an Underwriter - IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Jumbo and High-Net Worth loans by reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics
• Manage individual pipeline and complete underwriting tasks within established turn times
• Ensure compliance with investor, federal, and internal guidelines while analyzing complex income sources and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or Residential Mortgage Loan underwriting
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry practices and regulatory compliance
• Advanced knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA Guidelines
• DE or SAR certification required
