Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops Life Care Plans, Medical Cost Projections, and other related reports
• Collects and analyzes health data from medical records and identifies future medical needs
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations while collaborating with company personnel and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in Medicare Set Asides required
• Knowledge of the disability and workers' compensation industry
• Active unrestricted Nursing license or equivalent certification required
• Experience in case management preferred
