Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Georgia Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing patient relationships and provide virtual care for women's midlife health issues
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone
• Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies and make autonomous clinical decisions

Required qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
