Georgia Licensed Outpatient Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Georgia Licensed Outpatient Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment via telehealth, managing a caseload of 15-22 hours per week while collaborating with an integrated care team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage various mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and other providers while maintaining accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed psychiatry residency
• Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
• Active Georgia medical license and DEA license
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings preferred
