Job Summary

Georgia Licensed Outside Counsel Attorney is sought for a fully remote position to provide analysis of client terms and outside counsel guidelines while supporting various personnel within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client terms and outside counsel guidelines to identify risk and contractual issues
• Liaise with business and legal teams on the negotiation of client terms
• Assist with client audits and maintain accurate records of terms negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law with at least 2+ years of client terms review experience in a large law firm
• Experience in negotiating client terms and responding to RFPs
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Proficient in maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the firm's client term acceptance approach
• Experience collaborating with various levels of personnel within a firm
