Job Summary
Supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Georgia Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload, draft legal documents, and assist in all phases of litigation while working onsite or remotely based on firm needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery motions while managing a large caseload
- Organize and process incoming records, invoices, and follow up on outstanding records
- Conduct case law research using Lexis Advance to support defense strategies and assist attorneys in trial preparation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
- Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
- Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
- Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
