Job Summary
Supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Georgia Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload while drafting legal documents, organizing records, and conducting case law research.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery motions
- Manage and organize incoming records and invoices while following up on outstanding documents
- Assist attorneys in preparing for mediation and trial, including conducting case law research
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
- Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
- Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
- Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
