Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative II responsible for managing patient billing inquiries and collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound patient billing calls, addressing inquiries and complaints
  • Explain insurance responsibilities and assist patients in understanding the medical billing process
  • Document all interactions accurately and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • GA HMFA Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years of medical billing or collection experience
  • Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including registration and insurance billing
  • Proficiency in personal computer usage and relevant software applications
