Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative II responsible for managing patient billing inquiries and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound patient billing calls, addressing inquiries and complaints
- Explain insurance responsibilities and assist patients in understanding the medical billing process
- Document all interactions accurately and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications
- GA HMFA Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of medical billing or collection experience
- Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including registration and insurance billing
- Proficiency in personal computer usage and relevant software applications
