Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collection activities
  • Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements
  • Research patient complaints and inquiries, documenting actions taken and keeping patients informed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing and collections
  • Ability to work independently within established guidelines
