Georgia Licensed P&C Sales Representative

Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service in a high-volume call center, the full-time Georgia Licensed P&C Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and sell insurance policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to high call volumes, resolving customer issues and processing insurance endorsements efficiently
• Educate customers about insurance products and provide tailored quotes to meet their needs
• Maintain performance levels by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapting to policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Minimum one year of call center experience or two years in a customer service environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with data entry skills (typing speed of 35 wpm)
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and databases while engaging with customers
