Job Summary

Providing remote patient care, the full-time Georgia Licensed Pediatric RN will perform assessments, triage, and patient education while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care through telephone and secure messaging interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up patient assessments to evaluate health concerns and prioritize care
• Educate patients on pre and post-procedure care, as well as preventative screenings and lifestyle interventions
• Maintain clear communication with healthcare team members and participate in team meetings to improve care delivery

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or a multi-state compact license
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Preferred experience in a physician practice setting and with virtual care services
• Preferred education includes a diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing
