Job Summary

To provide high-quality, individualized patient care remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Pediatric RN will manage patient assessments, triage, and education while communicating results and coordinating follow-up care through digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and triage via telephone and secure messaging, prioritizing care based on severity
• Educate patients on pre and post-procedure care, ensuring they understand discharge instructions and follow-up needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to document and communicate patient care effectively while participating in team meetings for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Georgia Licensed RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Preferred experience in a physician practice setting and virtual care services
• Preferred educational background includes a diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing
