Job Summary

To enhance the physical and psychological resilience of Soldiers and Department of Defense personnel, the full-time Georgia Licensed Performance Expert will instruct on holistic strength and conditioning approaches, assess training impacts, and provide tailored educational programs, working onsite at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct individuals on holistic approaches to strength and conditioning and resilience, ensuring effective training delivery
• Assess training impact through surveys and After-Action Reviews, providing comprehensive reports to leadership
• Develop and facilitate tailored educational programs and workshops to enhance resilience and performance skills among participants

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport and/or performance psychology
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel
• Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, and relevant regulations
• Certification to deliver lessons as a Performance Expert prior to task performance
• Ability to develop critical thinking and skills to overcome challenges through resilience training
