Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Georgia Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will assist attorneys in case evaluation, draft legal documents, and maintain client communication while managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist attorneys by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records and evidence for personal injury claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate filings
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining professional communication throughout the case lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in personal injury matters in Georgia
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working collaboratively
