Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Personal Injury Protection (PIP).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee work of personal injury protection auto claims adjusting staff and manage individual claims
• Implement best practices for claims handling and align team with client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active insurance adjuster's license required
• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, specifically in personal injury protection
• 1 year of team lead or mentoring experience
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better efficiency
