Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Manager (Pharmacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and production processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manage the hiring, training, and performance of pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerical personnel
• Assist in the development and expansion of order fulfillment infrastructure and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fulfillment or distribution operations
• 5+ years of management experience in a warehouse fulfillment environment
• Current valid Pharmacy Technician certification or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment
• Experience in team-building, coaching, and staff development
• Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and Order Management software
