Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement and Medication-Related Services Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient outreach and manage inbound calls for medication-related services
• Coordinate with pharmacists and deliver services based on client needs
• Document communications professionally and telecommute using secure technology

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current state-issued Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) is highly preferred
• 2+ years of community pharmacy experience is preferred
• Availability to work 40 hours a week during specified hours
• Preferred experience with Medication Therapy Management programs
