Job Summary

To support patient care in a hospital setting, the full-time Georgia Licensed Pharmacy Technician will collaborate with clinic teams, process prior authorizations, and educate patients on pharmacy services, with the role transitioning to fully remote after an initial onsite training period in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care
• Process prior authorizations and resolve insurance issues while supporting financial assistance
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions

Required qualifications

• State-registered (Georgia) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for communication and documentation
• Strong organizational and technical skills
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset
