Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Assistant for Virtual Health Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Interact with members virtually for assessments, diagnoses, and treatment while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• PA from an accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA)
• Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures
• Licensed in Georgia and one additional state (Florida, Texas, or Ohio)
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
