Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Assistant for Virtual Health Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, diagnosis, and health coaching
• Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Interact with members virtually for assessments, diagnosis, and treatment

Required Qualifications

• PA from an accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA)
• Licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states
