Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pipefitter to join their team on a project in Covington, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selects type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications
• Assembles and installs various metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings using different joint methods
• Tests piping systems for leaks and performs minor maintenance of tools and equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in pipefitting and installation of piping systems
• Knowledge of safety and project rules, as well as company policies and procedures
• Ability to work at heights and operate powered equipment
• Familiarity with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
