Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Pre-Litigation Attorney, the full-time position will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, and prepare demand packages while working in a collaborative environment with strong mentorship and support.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers to maximize client recoveries
• Review medical records and prepare comprehensive demand packages

Required qualifications:

• Active membership in the Georgia Bar
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience with pre-litigation responsibilities
• Strong negotiation skills and experience resolving insurance claims
• Experience reviewing medical records and evaluating damages
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
