Job Summary

Offering a flexible part-time contract opportunity, the Georgia Licensed Probate Attorney will manage probate matters, complete necessary court filings, and ensure compliance with local jurisdictional rules while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle probate and administration proceedings for clients
• Complete probate forms and supplemental court filings, including Inventory and Appraisal, Accounting, and Final Distribution documents
• Maintain knowledge of local jurisdictional rules governing the probate process

Required qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of experience handling probate matters
• Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
