Job Summary

To lead strategic initiatives in process engineering, the full-time salaried Georgia Licensed Process Engineering Director will build a Center of Excellence, set enterprise process-engineering strategies, and partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance operational efficiencies, with a preference for hybrid work in Atlanta.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the enterprise Process Engineering Center of Excellence to improve critical operational processes
• Set the enterprise process-engineering strategy, directing resources toward significant bottlenecks and opportunities
• Oversee the development of future-state process architectures and scalable operating solutions in collaboration with executive leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; degree in Industrial Engineering highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in process improvement preferred
• Blackbelt in Lean/Six Sigma is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proven experience in building and mentoring a team of process engineers
