Job Summary
To support Pelago's Behavioral Addictions program, the full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (Georgia-LPC) will provide CBT-based telehealth treatment, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for members with behavioral health conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured clinical intakes and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks
- Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model
Required qualifications
- Active LPC or LCSW license in good standing
- Clinical experience with behavioral health conditions, including substance use
- Competency in CBT; experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred
- Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently
- Licensure in multiple states strongly preferred; LPC compact licensure is a significant advantage
