Job Summary

Leading day-to-day program coordination and delivery oversight for the UI Inspire initiative, the hybrid contract Senior UI Inspire Program Manager will ensure timely delivery of modernization milestones and federal readiness compliance while collaborating with leadership, vendor teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of the UI Inspire modernization project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing project risks
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and vendor teams, tracking critical implementation milestones and dependencies
• Present project status to agency leadership and support program governance structures, facilitating regular updates and tracking decisions related to project scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, public administration, business administration, computer science, or a related field
• 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT modernization or enterprise system implementation projects
• Demonstrated experience managing government IT modernization initiatives, preferably in unemployment insurance or workforce systems
• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or iterative software delivery methodologies
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications
